Protein Oat Pancakes

Pancakes are the perfect way to start your day
Our Quick Protein Oats can be used in more ways than one, why not use them as a base for a pancake mix, that's what we did! They have awesome macros for your morning brekky with equal amounts of protein and carbs that will keep you full until lunchtime. These brown sugar cinnamon beauties are very simple and fast to make. Top them with warmed berries and maple syrup for a next level Protein Oats experience.
Ingredients
- 60g Bulk Nutrients Protein Oats (or 1 x sachet)
- 20g Bulk Nutrients Egg Protein
- 100ml Water
Toppings of choice
Chocolate, berries, maple, honey, coconut etc.
Directions
- Start heating your pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well till it resembles a batter like consistency.
- Cook as you would standard pancakes. Top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
Best eaten immediately. Note: These pancakes will not be as light and fluffy as our Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Pancake Mix.
