High Protein Weetbix Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop in Bulk Nutrients WPI or WPC in Salted Caramel
  • 3 Sanitarium Weetbix – crumbed
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic butter
  • 2 tablespoons sultanas
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of zero/low-calorie sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine all ingredients except desiccated coconut in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Step 2: Roll into eight bite sized balls.
  3. Step 3: Roll through desiccated coconut.
  4. Step 4: Place in the fridge to set.
  5. Step 5: Store in an airtight container. Best stored in the fridge and consumed within five days.
