2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Vanilla
1 can (400ml) coconut cream
1 cup thawed mixed berries
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use 1/2 – 3/4 of the can.
Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
Pour into a container.
Set in the freezer for at least 3 hrs or overnight.
