Caramilk Oat Cookies

  • 160g Oat Protein in Vanilla
  • 40g sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
  • 80ml sugar-free maple syrup
  • 50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
  • 60g Biscoff
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 50g Caramilk chocolate, cut into chunks


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix the dry cookie ingredients (except for the chocolate chunks) together in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients, then continue to knead with your hands until a dough forms.
  4. Place 8 equal-sized flattened balls of dough onto a lined baking tray, top with Caramilk chunks and bake for 10 minutes. Cool the baked cookies on a wire rack.
