Ingredients: 50g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Vanilla; 60g Cottage cheese; 70g Skim milk; 20g Coconut flour; 20g Natvia salty caramel sauce; 10g Natvia gold sweetener; 60g Caramilk chocolate (melted); 10 Mini easter eggs

Ingredients

50g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Vanilla
60g Cottage cheese
70g Skim milk
20g Coconut flour
20g Natvia salty caramel sauce
10g Natvia gold sweetener
60g Caramilk chocolate (melted)
10 Mini easter eggs

Instructions

Step 1: Mix casein, cottage cheese, coconut flour and sweetener in a bowl.
Step 2: Add salty caramel sauce.
Step 3: Add half the milk and mix together.
Step 4: Pour in the rest of the milk and mix until combined.
Step 5: Roll into 10 balls.
Step 6: Push a mini easter egg into each one.
Step 7: Freeze until just hard.
Step 8: Roll the balls in caramilk chocolate and set them on a plate or tray on baking paper (this is important, or they will stick to the plate).
Step 9: Pop them in the fridge until set.
