Ingredients 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour 200ml milk of choice - @jessandbabyella used coco hazlenut milk 1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 20ml of hot water 1 teaspoon cocoa powder 10g powdered or normal peanut butter 7 large ice cubes *Optional toppings: Whipped cream and sugar free chocolate Instructions Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a blender until the ice cubes are crushed. Step 2: Add toppings and enjoy immediately.
