Dark Chocolate Fudge Bites

Ingredients
- 2 scoops (60g) Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 120g cashew nuts
- 20g coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 40g vegan dark chocolate – melted
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Step 2: Remove from blender and roll into bites.
- Step 3: If too wet, add an extra tablespoon of Earth Protein.
- Step 4: If too dry, add an extra tablespoon of milk.
- Step 5: Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
