High Protein Jaffa Slice

Ingredients
Base
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein or WPC in Chocolate
- 125g rolled oats
- 20g cocoa
- 45ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 20g coconut oil, melted
- 25ml almond milk
Filling
- 30g Bulk Nutrients HCP in Vanilla
- 400g can skim condensed milk
- 1x 7g sachet sugar-free orange jelly crystals
- 10g gelatine powder
- 125ml boiling water
- 125ml cold water
- 50g crushed Jaffas to top
Instructions
- Step 1: Blitz the base ingredients in the food processor until combined, then press into the base of a large loaf tin lined with foil or baking paper.
- Step 2: Dissolve the jelly sachet and gelatine powder in the boiling water, whisking until completely dissolved, then add the cold water.
- Step 3: Whisk the jelly mixture together with the condensed milk and HCP until combined and smooth.
- Step 4: Pour over the base layer. Sprinkle crushed Jaffas on top.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for a few hours until set, then cut into 8 squares.
