Plant-Based Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
- 100g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Salted Caramel
- 100g Coconut oil melted
- 125ml sugar-free maple
- 68g quick oats
- 20g powdered peanut butter
- 40g lindt 70% (for topping)
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil then add the sugar-free maple syrup, stir into the dry mixture until combined.
- Step 3: Separate the mixture into 6 even sizes using a silicone muffin tray, press into the moulds then place in the fridge to cool.
- Step 4: Once cool, melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour evenly over the bases while they are in the moulds, place in the fridge to cool.
- Step 5: Best enjoyed at room temperature, stored in the fridge.
