Quick High Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Collagen Protein in Raw (or a flavour if you're feeling fancy!)
- 150g wholemeal self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
- 180ml milk of choice
Instructions
- Step 1: Sift flour into a bowl.
- Step 2: Add all remaining ingredients and whisk well.
- Step 3: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying plate.
- Step 4: Spoon one small ladle of pancake mixture into the hot pan.
- Step 5: Cook until golden underneath.
- Step 6: Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Step 7: Continue cooking all mixture.
- Step 8: Serve with your choice of toppings. We chose berries and sugar free maple syrup.
