The objective of Tenpin Bowling is to roll a bowling ball down a wooden lane with the aim of knocking over all ten pins that stand waiting at the end.
If the bowler successfully knocks down all the pins on their first go, this is known as a strike, if not and they get the remaining pins on the second go, which is known as a spare.
Tenpin Bowling is most commonly played recreationally, however some do play competitively in single player teams up to teams of five bowlers.
Training mainly consists of practicing and perfecting bowling techniques.
Supplements that help to improve focus and a high-quality protein to help recover after training will provide the most benefits to a Tenpin Bowler.
