I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Confirmation emails are automatically sent after you complete checkout. If you haven’t received one:
- Check your junk, spam or promotions folder — they occasionally land there.
- Make sure you’re checking the same email account you used at checkout.
- If you’ve double-checked and still can’t find it, contact our Customer Service team so they can confirm your order.
