Can I exchange a product for a different flavour or size?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return an unopened product within 30 days for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred flavour or size:
- Fill out our Returns Form.
- Send the unopened product back to us (return postage is at your cost).
- Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- You can then place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
Note: Returns for change-of-mind purchases are limited to one per month.
