Everyone complains about the taste but I just mix it in with my morning Lemon water and flavoured aminos. Don't even notice it in there!! I put 1/2 a lemon in the bullet mixer (skin and all) because research indicates it is a good oestrogen blocker and there's as much nutrient in the skin as the flesh!

Probably due to my age (top secret) I think that the use of L-Arginine needs to be taken for a longer period before any appreciable changes in performance are noticed. In the mean time I'll keep on taking the drinks.... Awful taste but OK when mixed with watermelon juice and walnut butter

L'arginine is effective but tastes really awful. I've overcome that by drinking a tiny bit of chocolate milk or orange juice separately right after it. You won't taste l'arginine then.

The product what it claims and certainly helps to push out those few extra reps. Only downside is the taste. Pinch the nose and gulp down. I tried mixing with another product without success.

Yes Arg is ordinary to taste.
Buy some Citrulline and add to Arg in a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio, and you will get the PUMP!

Just go 1x (or 2x) heaped teaspoon of each in 1/4 glass of water. Take it like a 'shot' @ 1 hour before workout is optimal too. You will get max vasodilation/bloodflow, and it lasts hours.
Best to not take Sugar as this defeats the purpose of the exercise - Sugar destroys your Endothelium (look it up), which is responsible for more PUMP.
Avoid sugar, just take it like a shot glass.

If you can handle the taste of raw fish sauce out of the bottle than you'll be fine with this stuff, really is digusting to the palate. But a really good product. 2 scoops before bike ride and a water bottle with 1 scoop of this, 2 BCAA's & 1 L-Lucine and away you go.

Honestly, I love Bulk Nutrients but this will be a review showing the one downfall of this product. The taste, it will make anything you mix it with have a fishy taste. Of course it is an amino acid, it isn't made to taste good.
Definitely has increaded my labido, gym aggression however as a vascularity supplement I have only noticed small differences.
Mixes really easily, does what it should, cheap and reliable.

Apart from the really awful taste, I'm really happy with my purchase. It's an excellent supplement, and I've definitely experienced a difference when I've taken it. My only issue is the taste. I'd definitely suggest taking it with orange juice or something along those lines - it's the only way I could get it down.

Wow! I didn't expect to write a review on this product but this rocket fuel has provided a real lift to my performance (long distance triathlon).
I started taking 3g 2x daily on Monday, having only cycled >80km 3x since October (and with sore muscles the next day). By Tuesday I was surprised how motivated I felt and the weather was perfect for a solo Around the Bay ride in Melbourne (215km) on Wednesday, so off I went (expecting to catch the train back from Geelong at 120km with dead legs).
Not only did I feel pretty good for >180km, I only consumed 3x bottles of water, 1x coffee, 1x banana and 1x pie (yum!) on the ride (I'm a small female, it was a cool day and I'm a "camel"), I was still smiling and chatting on the Westgate punt at the end of the ride. Plus, while my legs felt tired the next morning, they felt pretty good by the evening - no DOMS!
On Friday (today) I did an early morning 40km ride with a group that nearly dropped me in December and today I was out the front for half of the ride, and I didn't feel like I'd cycled 215km <48 hours ago :). Happy legs!
The only catch is the taste: 'cat pee' would be an understatement. However, in 1/3c of water it's down the hatch in 2 swigs. I don't put it in my regular drinks because it just made them taste like cat pee, too!
Give it a try - there are a lot worse things you could spend $19 on!
