I felt as though I had more energy through my lifts and that it got me through some plateau’s but guys you really have to work on the bloody taste
Amazing price, noticeable effects in fullness over a period of time taking this product, taste is foul but with anything good for you just suck it up and reap the benefits.
Taken before a training session, it makes me feel warm and my muscles feel a bit fuller, my blood is pumping. I get vasoconstriction often and I used to have very cold extremities and I wouldn't be able to see any of my veins in my hands especially. After supplementing with this product, along with exercising, I've noticed huge improvements in my circulation and my veins are much more dilated, especially during exercise. It seems to have a great effect on my heart and circulation and my performance, too. The taste and smell is pretty bad but normally I just down it quickly with a shot of water to get it out of the way; I'm sure there's ways to mask the taste. Overall, super happy with this product.
Everyone complains about the taste but I just mix it in with my morning Lemon water and flavoured aminos. Don't even notice it in there!! I put 1/2 a lemon in the bullet mixer (skin and all) because research indicates it is a good oestrogen blocker and there's as much nutrient in the skin as the flesh!
Probably due to my age (top secret) I think that the use of L-Arginine needs to be taken for a longer period before any appreciable changes in performance are noticed. In the mean time I'll keep on taking the drinks.... Awful taste but OK when mixed with watermelon juice and walnut butter
L'arginine is effective but tastes really awful. I've overcome that by drinking a tiny bit of chocolate milk or orange juice separately right after it. You won't taste l'arginine then.
