Ingredients
- 1 serve (25g) Bulk Nutrients Future Whey in Lemonade flavour
- 250ml soda water or flat water made fizzy using a Soda Stream
- 100ml flat water
- 1 scoop protein ice cream – see recipe link above * we removed the cocoa and used vanilla protein to make it vanilla ice cream.
Instructions
- Step 1: Place 1 scoop of protein ice cream in the base of a tall glass. Set aside.
- Step 2: In a shaker place one serve of Future Whey and approximately 100ml of flat water. Shake until smooth.
- Step 3: Remove lid and add soda water. Stir gently.
- Step 4: Pour Future Whey mix slowly over protein ice cream.
- Step 5: Consume immediately.
