Choc Mint Mousse Dessert

This choc mint parfait tastes just as good as it looks
The fresh notes of mint stand out against the layers of delectable chocolate and smooth vanilla making this parfait a dessert to remember.
With whey or casein protein used in each flavour layer, just one serve gets you a whopping 49g of protein and just 6g of carbs, it's unheard of!
Plus the fresh pops of raspberries in every mouthful or so are a welcome surprise. All we can say is YUM!
These are perfect to take along to a dinner party in separate parfait glasses or even in a large dish served like a trifle.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup raspberries
Caramel layer
- 1 packet Bulk Nutrients Protein Mousse in Caramel or Rocky Road
Chocolate layer
- 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients WPI/WPC in Chocolate
- ¼ teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Mint layer
- 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients WPI/WPC in Vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½-1 teaspoon peppermint essence
Directions
- In a bowl combine your vanilla layer.
- In a blender/processor add 2 avocados, Sweetvia and 2 tablespoons coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Separate the mix into two bowls.
- In one bowl add the remaining chocolate ingredients and mix well.
- In the other bowl add the remaining mint ingredients and mix well.
- Layer the three components randomly into two glasses with raspberries added as desired.
Eat immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
