- 50g Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Iced Coffee flavour
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides in Chocolate flavour
50 g pitted dates
150g cream cheese
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
60g quick oats
25g shredded coconut
- Place all ingredients except protein powders into a high speed mixer.
In another bowl, mix the protein powders with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cold water and stir until it’s not too thick.
Add to the dry mixture and blitz until all ingredients are combined.
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes until firm.
- Roll into balls and coat in toppings of your choice. @jessandbabyella used coconut, crushed peanuts and grated hazlenut chocolate.
