Quick and Easy Green Smoothie

Makes 2
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey, Protein Matrix or Hyper Hydrolyse in Vanilla
- 1 spoon Bulk Nutrients Green Fusion in Raw or Raspberry
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 avocado
- 50g pineapple
- 1 teaspoon honey or rice malt syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 200ml milk of choice - we used almond milk
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
- Pour straight into a glass or flask.
- Best enjoyed immediately or placed in the fridge for up to one day. Shake before drinking again.
