Raspberry Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Vanilla flavour
  • 1/3 cup raspberries - fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond milk - add more if mix is dry

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor to combine.
  2. Roll into 11 even sized balls.
  3. Roll through coconut and place in the fridge to set.
  4. Enjoy!
