Ingredients

  • 4 scoops (120g) Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Limited Edition Vanilla Honey flavour
  • 100ml water
  • 100ml milk of choice – we used almond
  • 80g strawberry yogurt – we used Chobani
  • Banana for the top

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine water, milk, yogurt and Quick Protein Oats in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Step 2: Pour into a jar or bowl, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. Step 3: In the morning place chopped banana and nuts on the top if desired.
