Ingredients
- 6 spoons (37.5g) Bulk Nutrients Pre Workout 101 in Berry Lemonade flavour
- 900ml cold tap water
Instructions
- Step 1: Place Pre Workout 101 and water in shaker and shake until well combined.
- Step 2: Pour into six icy pole moulds and place in the freezer for three hours or more.
- Step 3: Remove from moulds and consume immediately.
