- 1 serve (13.2g) Bulk Nutrients Pre Workout 101 in Bubblegum flavour
- 40g of your favourite jelly - Preferably a berry based flavour
- 100g of your favourite berries
Instructions
- Step 1: Make jelly as directed on the packet.
- Step 2: Mix in Pre Workout 101 and stir well.
- Step 3: Place in the fridge overnight to set.
