Carrot Cake Smoothie

- 1 cup Carrot Juice
- 1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk *
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Almond Meal
- 1 and a half scoops Bulk Nutrients Vanilla Earth Protein **
- Add everything to a blender and process until well combined.
- Pour into your glass.
* The Coconut Milk can be substituted with any other type of milk or water.
