Ingredients
Base:
- 150 grams of Whey Protein Isolate in Salted Caramel
 - 100 grams rolled oats
 - 30ml skim milk
 - 30 grams coconut flour
 - 75 grams sugar free maple syrup
 
Filling:
- 30 grams Whey Protein Isolate in Salted Caramel
 - 70ml skim milk
 - 50ml sugar free maple syrup
 - 35 grams peanut butter
 
Topping:
- 60 grams dark chocolate
 
Instructions
Base
- Step 1: Combine protein powder, cocnut flour, oats, milk and suga free maple syrup in a bowl.
 - Step 2: Add extra milk if needed for consistency.
 - Step 3: Once combined, press into a lined slice tin.
 - Step 4: Refrigerate while making the filling.
 
Filling
- Step 1: In a small saucepan, add the protein powder, milk, sugar free maple syrup and peanut butter.
 - Step 2: Cook on medium heat until it thickens.
 - Step 3: Spread evenly over the base and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
 
Topping
- Step 1: Melt the dark chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
 - Step 2: Pour evenly over the set slice.
 - Step 3: Place in freezer until chocolate sets.
 - Step 4: Slice into 12 pieces.
