Healthy Subway Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
Base
- 80g Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 60g plain flour
- 20g cocoa
- 40g sweetener
- 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
- 80ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
- 60g Nutella
- Splash of vanilla
- 25g white chocolate, cut into chunks
- 25g milk chocolate, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Mix the dry cookie ingredients (except for the chocolate chunks) together in a large bowl.
- Step 3: Stir in the wet ingredients and chocolate chunks, then continue to knead with your hands until a dough forms.
- Step 4: Place 8 equal-sized flattened balls of dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 5: Cool the baked cookies on a wire rack.
