Tropical BCAA Punch

Ingredients
- 3 spoons (13.7g) BCAA Recovery*
- 50ml passion fruit pulp
- 100g fresh pineapple
- 150ml water or soda water – if using soda water add after the blending stage to avoid an explosion!
- 150ml juice of choice – we used fresh pineapple
- Ice to serve
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients (excluding optional soda water) in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Step 2: Pour into a glass over ice.
