White Choc Chai Cinnabon Cookies

Ingredients
Cookies
- 80g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Vanilla Chai
- 80g plain flour
- 40g sweetener
- 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
- 80ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
- 60g Biscoff spread
- 50g white chocolate, cut into chunks
Frosting
- 150g light cream cheese
- 25g sweetener
- 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Mix the dry cookie ingredients (except for the white chocolate) together in a large bowl.
- Step 3: Stir in the wet ingredients and white chocolate chunks, then continue to knead with your hands until a dough forms.
- Step 4: Place 8 equal-sized flattened balls of dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 5: While the cookies are baking, mix the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Step 6: Cool the baked cookies on a wire rack, then top with frosting.
