Ingredients: 80g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Vanilla Chai; 80g plain flour; 40g sweetener; 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg; 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda; 80ml sugar-free maple syrup; 50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt; 60g Biscoff spread; 50g white chocolate, cut into chunks; 150g light cream cheese; 25g sweetener; 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg; 1tsp vanilla

Ingredients

80g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Vanilla Chai
80g plain flour
40g sweetener
1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg 
1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
80ml sugar-free maple syrup 
50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
60g Biscoff spread 
50g white chocolate, cut into chunks

Frosting

150g light cream cheese
25g sweetener 
1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg
1tsp vanilla

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2: Mix the dry cookie ingredients (except for the white chocolate) together in a large bowl.
Step 3: Stir in the wet ingredients and white chocolate chunks, then continue to knead with your hands until a dough forms.
Step 4: Place 8 equal-sized flattened balls of dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5: While the cookies are baking, mix the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl.
Step 6: Cool the baked cookies on a wire rack, then top with frosting.
