When does my tier reset?
Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date you reach it.
- To stay in your tier, you’ll need to requalify by meeting the spend requirement within those 12 months.
- If you don’t requalify, your account drops down to the next tier at the end of the cycle.
- Every time you move up a tier, a new 12-month cycle begins.
