What are “servings per container”?
The “servings per container” on a supplement label tells you how many individual servings are in the product, based on the recommended serving size.
For example:
- If a 1kg protein powder lists a 30g serving size, it contains about 33 servings per container.
This number helps you estimate how long the product will last depending on how often you use it.
