My first time using l-carnitine. After using it for a couple of weeks I am noticing the difference and love the product.

It's mixes well with water and it has a good taste.
I have been taking L-carnitine (2-3Mg)per day. First I have tried it with food which contain at least 30g of Carb and 30g of protein (based on what people said on the internet). Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Second I took it on the empty stomach just mixed it with water then I have breakfast 30mins after. I can feel slight differences taking it this way. I have a bit more energy when I do my exercise. However, it wasn’t enough to help me to last until the end of my exercise. I still feel fatigue. My excercises are cross fit, HITT, etc.
This is my first time using l-carntine. After using it for 2 weeks I am noticing a huge difference in my performance. Yesterday I turned into some sort of machine & annihilated everyone in our gym fitness class. I'm also noticing it really helps with DOMS. I will forever be worshiping & using this product now!
