Makes one dessert
- 15g almond butter
- 12g walnuts
- 15g dates
- 100g cottage cheese
- 30g Protein Hot vanilla chai
- 15ml sugar free caramel topping
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Blend the ingredients for the base in a food processor and press into base of serving glass.
- Add the cottage cheese and Protein Hot mix to the food processor and blend until silky smooth, add 1tbsp of water if mix is too thick *moving like dough rather than a paste*. Set aside.
- In a small dish or ramekin, mix together the cinnamon and caramel.
- Dollop the caramel mix through the chai filling and spoon into the serving glass.
- Refrigerate to set.
