Caramel Chai Mousse

Makes one dessert


Ingredients

Base

  • 15g almond butter
  • 12g walnuts
  • 15g dates

Filling

  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 30g Protein Hot vanilla chai

Swirl

  • 15ml sugar free caramel topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the base in a food processor and press into base of serving glass.
  2. Add the cottage cheese and Protein Hot mix to the food processor and blend until silky smooth, add 1tbsp of water if mix is too thick *moving like dough rather than a paste*. Set aside.
  3. In a small dish or ramekin, mix together the cinnamon and caramel.
  4. Dollop the caramel mix through the chai filling and spoon into the serving glass.
  5. Refrigerate to set.
