Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Caramel layer

  • 1 packet Bulk Nutrients Protein Mousse in Caramel or Choc Honeycomb

Chocolate layer

  • 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients Whey Protein Isolate in Chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon of zero/low-calorie sweetener
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Mint layer

  • 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients Whey Protein Isolate in Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon of zero/low-calorie sweetener
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon peppermint essence

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine your caramel layer.
  2. In a blender/processor add 2 avocados, zero/low-calorie sweetener and 2 tablespoons coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Separate the mix into two bowls.
  4. In one bowl add the remaining chocolate ingredients and mix well.
  5. In the other bowl add the remaining mint ingredients and mix well.
  6. Layer the three components randomly into two glasses with raspberries added as desired.

Eat immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
