Our Carrot Cake Smoothie uses fresh carrot juice, coconut milk, spices and walnuts for that authentic carrot cake taste.
It's full of protein and low in carbs whilst still being vegan and naturally sweetened.
Give it a go for something different!
- 1 cup Carrot Juice
- 1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut Milk *
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ cup Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Almond Meal
- 1 ½ scoops Bulk Nutrients Vanilla Earth Protein **
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Add everything to a blender and process until well combined
- Pour into your glass
* The Coconut Milk can be substituted with any other type of milk or water.
** Any Bulk Nutrients Vanilla flavoured protein powders work great.
