- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour
- 150g dark chocolate
- 80g pistachios - shelled and crushed
- Pinch of sea salt
- Line an 8 x 8 inch cooking pan with baking paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate over the stove or in the microwave on a low heat.
- Once fully melted stir through protein powder until smooth.
- Pour into the lined tin.
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios, sea salt and optional freeze dried raspberries.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 20 minutes before breaking apart.
- Best stored in the fridge.
