Pistachio And Dark Chocolate Protein Shards

Serves 16



  1. Line an 8 x 8 inch cooking pan with baking paper. 
  2. Melt the dark chocolate over the stove or in the microwave on a low heat.
  3. Once fully melted stir through protein powder until smooth.
  4. Pour into the lined tin.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios, sea salt and optional freeze dried raspberries.
  6. Allow to set in the fridge for 20 minutes before breaking apart. 
  7. Best stored in the fridge.
