Baked Biscoff Oats

Ingredients
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix+ in Salted Caramel
- 44g Oat Flour
- 50g Mashed Banana
- 125ml Almond Milk
- 1 tbs Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Biscoff Spread
- 1 Lotus Biscoff Biscuit
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mash the banana and add all ingredients (apart from the biscoff).
- Step 3: Pour half the mixture into a ramekin then add your biscoff on top, pour the remaining mixture on top to cover.
- Step 4: Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden on top.
- Step 5: Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
