Going out on the water? Good on you! Whether you're sailing one of Australia's gorgeous bluewater classics, having a day out with friends or taking on an adventure there's no denying - sailing can take a lot out of you, and it's important to have the right nutrition pre, during and post on-water adventure!
We've heard from friends in our sailing community that hydration is one of the big kickers when it comes to a race. Whether you lose your stomach (it happens more than you think!) or you're just out in the sun for long hours, an electrolyte filled product in your water can help nourish you and replenish anything you're missing! If you're a sailor... you know what we're talking about!
