Electrolyte Blend Serving Size
Consume 3.25g of Electrolyte Blend during training. A flat standard teaspoon equals approximately 4.8g of Electrolyte Blend.
Directions
Combine powder with 400ml of liquid to form an optimum isotonic solution and consume immediately. Please note that the pure electrolytes do not always mix well, and it is normal for some suspension of powder, and even some floating of powder on top of liquid. We recommend stirring brisky and consuming immediately.
