first class product for the price. I have found that Leucine mixes very well in coconut water with a shaker. It's the only liquid I have seen leucine almost completely dissolve in. 5 grams in 300ml.

    Country or origin

Online doesn't state ingredients from China but then most market ready Leucine could be the same. Will give it a try. On freight, 24hrs literally from Tassy to Port Melbourne.

    How to manage the taste

    For me this tastes terrible.
Forget mixing it, I found the best way is a little be of water or juice, dump in the teaspoon of L Leucine straight in the month and wash down with water or juice.
This technique got me from wanting to vomit to no worries at all.

    Muscle soreness

Have been using this product now for about 8 weeks and have not had the issue of sore and tight muscles in that time - I train fairly heavy 3 times a week and is has been a joy now not waking up having to stretch saying owwww :)

It is what it says. Well priced. Packaging could be better though...

    Effectiveness or taste ?

I use it 3 times daily, smaller doses and I like it in my morning OJ. It doesn't like to mix well with a spoon in quite a few different liquids, but you certainly know it's working while you are using it. Taste disappears totally in any of BN's protein supps and mixes ok in them. Cheers Mark.

Mixes best in a shaker, too early to see any results yet

This mixes well within a shaker, harder to mix with a spoon in a glass,
I use it multiple times per day, depending on timing of my workouts/eating and I am unsure of results as yet. I do supplement this with my protein, and have noticed less soreness in recent weeks. Once again, hard to say if it is of a direct result

I am 64 years old with 45 years of experience in weight training and supplementation. The short message is Leucine works (and I was very skeptical). If you are O/50 it is dose dependent, meaning you will have to find your sweet spot. U/50, varying the dose doesn't make any significant difference . Leucine from Bulk Nutrients is as good as it gets, they are an honest company. Whether you are training or not this is a 'should have'. For O/50's it's a 'no brainer'. Take it both by itself, and in protein shakes. I highly recommend Leucine.
