How do these protein bars taste?

Will these bars give me a belly ache?

Some people are sensitive to sugar alcohols, so we recommend only consuming one bar at a time.

Do Bulk Nutrients protein bars contain allergens?

Our bars are made with Milk protein, so contain dairy and the choc coating has soy lecithin. They are made at a facility that also processes peanuts, sesame and tree nuts.

Are protein bars good for weight loss?

There is no 'magic bullet' for weight loss, but replacing a high calorie low nutrition snack (like a chocolate bar) with a protein bar, will certainly support weight management. However, overall diet management and exercise are the key to any weight changes.

Are these bars really hard?

No, you'll have to build a square jaw some other way! They have a fudgey chewy consistency, however if you store them in the cold they will be much harder so we recommend consuming at room temperature.
