I have been on this supplement on and off now for approximately 3 months. I stopped taking this supplement after a month as I thought it was not doing anything. However after 1 to 2 weeks off this supplement my muscle bulk started to decline despite working out 3 to 4 times a week at the gym. I have since started it again and noticed good muscle mass within 2 weeks of restarting. The only side effect that I am starting to experiencing is insomnia . Hopefully this will pass. It is a known side effect. I recommend this supplement.
