- 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients Limited Edition Eggnog WPI / Egg Protein Blend
- 200ml full cream milk
- 15ml Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)
- Whipped cream and ground nutmeg for topping
- In a protein shaker mix Eggnog protein blend, milk and liqueur until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
