- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 150ml milk or water
- 1 serve Bulk Nutrients Limited Edition Raspberry Marshmallow Mug Cake*
- Marshmallows – for top
- Combine chia seeds, milk/water, mug cake in a mug and stir well.
- Allow to sit for about 15 minutes, before stirring again.
- Transfer into a serving mug and allow to set in the fridge until ready to enjoy. Best overnight or a minimum of two hours.
- Top with choice of toppings.
*This recipe can still be made by substituting in either Choc Cherry Delight or Lemon Cheesecake Mug Cake.
