What age can kids have protein shakes?

We generally recommend kids between 5 and 15 can take KidActiv, however it's also great for teenagers older than this. Unlike protein shakes which are designed for people over 15, KidActiv can be enjoyed by much younger children.

What are some key elements of KidActiv?

KidActiv has several differences compared to popular chocolate beverages many parents may buy for kids when at the supermarket. The biggest is... KidActiv is a great source of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Add to that a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals to support growing bodies, all while containing less than 3 grams of sugar per serve (that's less than a teaspoon!).

With 14.6 grams of protein per serve, KidActiv helps boost the protein intake of kids - something particularly important when they are active. Just like their parents, kids growing bodies need to recover from those active days. Proving a good source of calcium, KidActiv is also great for healthy bones, skin and hair.

When should kids use KidActiv?

Is KidActiv gluten free?

No, while KidActiv primarily uses ingredients which don’t contain gluten, we do not test this product for gluten levels. Due to this, KidActiv is a low gluten product but cannot be recommended for coeliacs.
