Caramilk Brownies

  • 120g WPI in Chocolate
  • 200g Pumpkin
  • 200g Sweet Potato
  • 40g Peanut Butter
  • 40g Coconut flour
  • 50g Sugar-free maple syrup
  • 50ml Skim milk
  • 20g Avalanche hot chocolate sachet
  • 60g Caramilk chocolate chips
  • 5ml Imitation vanilla
  • 5g baking soda


  1. Peel and cut sweet potato and pumpkin into cubes and steam until soft, then mash.
  2. Add protein powder, peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, skim milk, hot chocolate and vanilla into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  3. Fold in mashed sweet potato and pumpkin and 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Pour into a lined baking tray
  6. Sprinkle remaining choc chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees.
