Ingredients 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour 1 cup Medjool dates - pitted 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup raw walnuts 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon almond spread 1/2 cup chocolate chips Instructions Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Roll into 15 even sized balls. Place on a plate lined with baking paper and freeze for 30 minutes to set. Sprinkle with walnuts and enjoy!
