Choc Walnut Truffle Bites

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour
- 1 cup Medjool dates - pitted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon almond spread
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Step 2: Roll into 15 even sized balls.
- Step 3: Place on a plate lined with baking paper and freeze for 30 minutes to set.
- Step 4: Sprinkle with walnuts and enjoy!
