High protein Choc Walnut Truffle Bites recipe from Bulk Nutrients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour
  • 1 cup Medjool dates - pitted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon almond spread
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Roll into 15 even sized balls.
  3. Place on a plate lined with baking paper and freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts and enjoy!
