Bulk Nutrients HCP Cold Brew Coffee Cake

For the cake base

  • 80g HPC in Cold Brew Coffee
  • 150g oats
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • 100ml espresso
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 70g peanut butter
  • 70g sweetener
  • Splash of vanilla

For the frosting

  • 30g Bulk Nutrients HPC in Cold Brew Coffee
  • 150g light cream cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Grind the oats into a coarse powder using a food processor. Add the remaining cake ingredients and process them again. Alternatively, you can use oat flour and mix it by hand in a bowl.
  3. Pour into a large loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake for around 40mins until cooked through.
  4. Mix together the frosting ingredients, then spread on top of the cooled cake.
