- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC or Thermowhey in Vanilla
- 150ml milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon no added sugar maple syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender and process until well combined.
