Quick and Easy Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Vanilla
 - 1 spoon Bulk Nutrients Green Fusion in Raw or Raspberry
 - 1 frozen banana
 - 1 handful spinach
 - 1 avocado
 - 50g pineapple
 - 1 teaspoon honey or rice malt syrup
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
 - 200ml milk of choice - we used almond milk
 
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
 - Step 2: Pour straight into a glass or flask.
 - Step 3: Best enjoyed immediately or placed in the fridge for up to one day. Shake before drinking again.
