Salted Caramel Pretzel Donuts

For the donuts:

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Vanilla flavour
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons stevia 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon caramel liquid sweetener
For the icing:
  • 30g cream cheese 
  • 120g Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 teaspoon caramel sweetener
  • Optional pretzels for the topping


  1. To make the donuts: Mix together protein powder, self raising flour, coconut flour, baking powder and sweetener of choice.
  2. Mix in the egg, almond milk and caramel sweetener.
  3. Place the mixture into a donut tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°c.
  4. Let donuts cool while you make the icing.
  5. To make the icing: Whisk together cream cheese, yogurt, honey and caramel sweetener.
  6. Spread the icing on the donuts and sprinkle with pretzels.
